Richa Jauhari - President
Richa Jauhari has overcome the learning disabilities and paved the path where talent comes first. A deeply spiritual person, gifted with the medium ship abilities by the spirit world. She lives by the mantra that, sky is the limit for those who believe in themselves. God has gifted all of us with an abundant talent and capabilities. It is up to us to use that talent to make our life beautiful and make a positive difference in the lives of other people. She is a amateur artist and has exhibited her work at Indian Habitat Center, Raj Bhavan , Virasat etc. Her favorite pass time is making best use of waste. She has an innate desire to learn which has taking her into the enchanted world of puppetry, Sculpture, Iron welding, interior designing, writing and many more.
After completing her master degree in social work from M.S.University Baroda, she worked as a counselor at Baroda High School. There she fully utilizes her education in child development and family welfare. After marriage she with her partner started human resources consultancy firm, where they outsource highly skills manpower to multinational companies like Havellet Packard, Agilent Technologies and Philips Medical Systems. In 2004 she was the founder president of Talent Enablers and since then dedicated her life to the NGO.
Abhinav Jauhari - Vice President
Abhinav Jauhari A software professional, Abhinav has put Talent Enablers on a global platform. As Vice President of the NGO he represents the work of Talent Enablers and tries to bring likeminded people together. His travel gives us an exposure to various trends, innovations and changes in the world scenario and enriches the NGO.
A highly dedicated and motivated person he is the driving force behind the growth of Talent Enablers. We are very proud and honored to have such a visionary team leader with us. He paves the way for Talent Enablers to work on the mission and achieve the aims and objectives.
A National level table tennis player he is a keen cyclist and marathon runner. A Master in Computer Application, Indore, he started his carrier as software engineer in Tata Consultancy Services then worked for more than 10 years at Sapient Technologies. He is presently working as a Director for an M.N.C and based in Europe.
Rajiv Johari - Gen. Secretary
Rajiv Johari Our guide, our mentor, a very dedicated member of Talent Enablers. He has willingly shouldered the responsibilities of General Secretary for so many years. This is the position, where he has fully utilizes his qualifications- M.com, M.B.A. He has helped shape Talent Enablers however we needed his expertise.
A die hard music lover, he finds spiritual peace insinging and listening to music. His passion towards music has given him immense pleasure in providing platform to number of budding artist to try their wings. So many singers and musicians have used the platform of Talent Enablers to seek their own sky. He believes that each and everyone has unique talent and one can make a difference if one follows one’s passion.
His Professional life as a human resource consultant takes a back seat to Talent Enablers. He very professionally manages his business and Social work commitments. A keen Sports man who played football for more than 20 years and has keen interest in cricket and Table Tennis.
Indu Verma- Treasurer
Indu Verma A keen social worker who has dedicated her life towards the mission of Talent Enablers. A multi talented personality, her ceaseless devotion toward the making this world a better place for everyone has made her the motivating force of Talent Enablers.
She is a discipliner with a soft and tender heart which bleeds for the sufferings of others.An avid reader she writes beautiful poems and short stories. Her Master in Arts degree gives her a philosophical outlook towards life. She is a highly talented person who believes that if you stop learning you stop growing. So she avails all the opportunities to gain knowledge, which she spreads generously to make a positive difference in the lives of unfortunate people. She has been entrusted with the post of Treasurer because she very judicially manages the resources of the NGO
Gagan Ahluwalia - Member
Gagan Ahluwalia an absolute bundle of energy and enthusiasm. A self motivated dynamo who overcomes hurdles with creative approach. A keen human right activist he upholds that everyone has the right to live with dignity. Loves theater and dance and believes that life is too short to hold any grudges and one should live life king size. A big hearted person, with an elephant memory brings with him fifteen years of experience in travel and hospitality industry.
Indu Shrivastava- Member
Indu Shrivastava is the member of Talent Enablers, a very creative person who uses her designing abilities in bringing out very beautiful hand crafted work by the self help women group especially in Rajasthan. Masters in Home management from MSU Baroda with the added learning in Interior Designing and space management has given her a vast experience in working with the grass root workers and enhance their creative abilities to improve their lives.
Garima Pandey – Member
Garima Pandey is a devoted social worker, a master in social work from MSU Baroda, she has dedicated her last twenty years towards social betterment in various capacities. A versatile personality who feels very deeply for which ever cause she is perusing. A ceaseless worker, a visionary and a leader who is heading our Gujarat Chapter. She has extensive work experience of working with MNC which brings a global outlook in our organization.
Piyush Srivastava - Member
Piyush Srivastava our member from Maharashtra, has brought us on a national platform by taking NcITEs, the digital literacy program all over India especially in the semi urban and rural area. He has firm belief in youth power, who are the engine of our nation’s growth, he has been constantly working toward making youngsters digitally erudite, market ready with thrust on English speaking and empowering them with soft skills. A writer of computer books which are used as course material all over India, he has indeed set high standard of learning.
Shipra Tripathi - Member
Shipra Tripathi a very enthusiastic and keen member. She has done M.Tech in computer Science, MCA honors’. Started her career as Assistant Professor in Vikrant Institute of Technology and Management, Gwalior, became an entrepreneur and started her own software designing firm. Now she is totally involved in development of teaching material for digital literacy and soft skill management. A creative person who keeps us moving with the changing time and the need of the society.
Tapan Barui -Member
Tapan Barui – An Artist from Shanti Niketan, he has exhibited his work nationally and internationally. Tapan is an Integral part of Talent Enablers. He works as an art faculty at The Doon School and in his free time he creates masters pieces. He believes that there is an artist in everyone and is always ready to share his vast knowledge and experience with whoever is ready to learn. A very kind hearted generous person, he willingly spends time with children, young and adult alike to teach them the techniques of clay modeling, sculpturing, painting, welding, fiber molding, wood carving and many more. His forte is to use waste material and turn them into things of beauty as well as utility. His work is sought after by five star hotels, resorts, Govt. authorities and private collectors to name a few.
A music lover, he appreciates the gift of talent which each of us have. He tries his utmost to bring about a positive change in the lives of people by giving them the knowledge to be self reliant and live a life of dignity.
